Return Period


You have 90 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions


To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Do not send the item directly to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care products

  • Digital items such as the custom and ebook are non-refundable and will not be refunded as they are digital products, as the name indicates. Once the customer places the order, the mentioned digital product is automatically created in the system and will be sent to their email. In case no name is provided, the customer's first name will be assigned as the name of the custom digital poster, which will be sent in PDF format.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books showing signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, games, or vinyl records

  • Damaged or incomplete items not caused by us

  • Returns made after 90 days

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited automatically to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

Promotional Items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

Custom Products
According to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or products made according to customer specifications.
Therefore, no returns or refunds will be accepted for these items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.

Important to read before purchasing

Our target audience is the USA, and our social media marketing is directed at this country, so we do not offer plugs for other countries other than for the USA. This is why you cannot find the option to choose your plug, and if you purchase it, it will be under your responsibility. We want to be consistent with this message: no refund will be issued for this reason. We allow all countries to buy our product at their own responsibility, knowing that they will need to purchase an adapter for their country. In that case, we can send you one completely free of charge to thank you for your purchase with us, but we do not commit to providing a plug other than the USA plug, as that is our target audience.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method. We do not guarantee the receipt of your return.
